Our regular office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm.
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Northwest Hair Restoration and they will contact us.
If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to Dr. Robert Niedbalski after our regular hours, please call our office at (253) 572-2949. A doctor is on-call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.
At Northwest Hair Restoration, our procedures are typically considered cosmetic. We do not accept insurance or file insurance claims. A superbill can be provided upon request.
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit.

Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Northwest Hair Restoration are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). You can make your request by calling our office at (253) 572-2949.
There is an annual $150 fee for issuing the prescription/refill. Unless otherwise indicated, regular maintenance prescriptions (such as finasteride) will be renewed with refills for a full year. If you have had a procedure within the last 18 months, this fee will be waived.
Refills are not issued during evenings, weekends, or holidays. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy. We strive to take care of refill requests within 3 business days of the request.
